RGI International and rgilearning are affiliates of The Roning Group Inc., a consulting firm formed in 1970 to provide technical writing and editing services for U.S. and Canadian industries. We developed our first communication courses in 1972. RGI International conducts courses throughout North America and in Europe.

		Ron Blicq has been a professional technical writer and editor with both the Air Force in Britain and CAE Industries in Canada. Since then he has been an educator, bringing his experience and knowledge to classes and workshops in North America and Great Britain. He has written numerous books and video scripts, is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) and the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW), and is a Senior Life Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. (IEEE).
		Lisa Moretto offers extensive experience in professional communication. First as an Information Developer for IBM in the United States, then as a Learning Products Engineer for Hewlett-Packard in Great Britain. She holds a BS in Technical Communication and an MS in Interface Design. Since joining RGI, she has created specialized writing courses and authored several books currently used by schools and businesses. Lisa is a member of the IEEE Professional Communication Society and the Society for Technical Communication.
